Pumpkin Spice season is upon us and we've got what you need for your fall cravings, Pumpkin Spice Madeleines!
Layer up a luscious, easy trifle made with vanilla pudding, pumpkin pie filling and of course our Pumpkin Spice Madeleines.
To make four, you'll need:
1 box (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
(prepared according to instructions and chilled)
1 box of Sugar Bowl Bakery Pumpkin Spice Madeleines
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
A drizzle of caramel sauce for topping
1. In a large bowl combine finished instant pudding, pumpkin pie filling, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and set aside your pumpkin, pudding mixture to chill in the refrigerator.
2. When you are ready to assemble and serve, crush one Pumpkin Spice Madeleine into the bottom of each mason jar, add a scoop of the pumpkin pudding mix, another crushed Madeleine, whipped cream then repeat until jar is filled.
3. Top with whipped cream, a whole Pumpkin Spice Madeleine, then add a drizzle of caramel and enjoy!
