Father’s Day Snack Cup
You'll need:
Sugar Bowl Bakery Duet Bites (1 for each cup)
White chocolate chips or wafers (1 ounce per golf ball)
Golf ball chocolate mold (Amazon or similar)
Black berries, blueberries, raspberries (2 each per cup)
Salami and cheese rolls (2 per cup)
Crackers (4 per cup)
Candied pecans (10 per cup)
Chocolate covered raspberry balls (10 per cup)
Wooden skewers (5 per cup)
Instructions:
1. Melt white chocolate and pour into a golf ball mold. Place a Duet Bite upside down into the mold and gently press so one side is coated. Let set and remove from mold.
2. Once chocolate is completely cooled unmold the treats and thread the chocolate coated Duet Bite onto a skewer.
3. Put berries on skewers, one with a black berry and raspberry, another with 2 blueberries and a raspberry.
4. Fill the bottom of a small cup with 10 candied pecans. Add two salami and cheese rolls and four crackers to one side. Next, insert berry skewers and the Duet Bite skewer to the other side of the cup. Fill any empty space with chocolate covered raspberry balls.
Serve immediately or cover and keep cool until ready to enjoy. Pecan and crackers can get soggy in the fridge so do not refrigerate more than 2 hours for best results.
