Cold Brew Tiramisu
Need an easy, cold, summer dessert with a pick me up? Try this simple Cold Brew Tiramisu recipe made with Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines instead of the traditional lady fingers. With just 7 ingredients, you can quickly put this memorable no-bake dessert together all summer long.
10-12 Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines
1 cup of strong cold brew coffee
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8oz whipped cream cheese
1 tbs cocoa powder
1. Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to a mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. 2 Dip 5-6 Madeleines in cold brew coffee and layer at the bottom of a baking dish. 3. Spread 1/2 of the cream mixture over the Madeleines. 4. Dip the remaining Madeleines in cold brew coffee then top with the remaining cream mixture. 5. Top with cocoa powder. 6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 2 hours).
