Summer Snow Cone Madeleines! Just decorate with vanilla frosting and red, clear and blue sanding sugar or sprinkles.
Instructions: Cover the top half of each Madeleine in frosting. Press one side into a small bowl of red sanding sugar. Next press the other side into a small bowl or blue sanding sugar. Carefully hold the cookie and sprinkle clear sanding sugar on the middle section of the frosting.
You can make ahead if needed and store in an air-tight container in a single layer if needed.
