Strawberry Topped Palmiers

Fresh whipped cream and strawberries layered between our crisp Palmiers is a treat so simple yet so delicious! Add a dusting of powdered sugar for a blissfully easy, anytime dessert.

For two servings you'll need:

4 Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers

6 Fresh Strawberries

1/2 cup of cold heavy cream

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Powdered sugar for dusting


• 1. Thinly slice the strawberries and set aside.

• 2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the cream, sugar and vanilla together for about 3 minutes or until peaks form. 

• 3. Layer strawberries and whipped cream on top of two Palmiers. 

4. Top with the remaining two Palmiers then dust with powdered sugar.

Enjoy! If you have left over whipped cream, place it in a covered container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
