Reach for the stars and share Rocket Madelines for a space themed party, or Halloween treat.
All you need are 10 Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines, 10 square shaped marshmallows, 1, 8oz. package of blue melting wafers, assorted sprinkles, and if you're feeling fancy, a spritz of edible glitter goes a long way!
Instructions to make 10 Rocket Madeleines:
1. Cut 10 square shaped marshmallows in half diagonally (you will have 20 triangular pieces). Set aside.
2. Heat blue melting wafers in a cup deep enough to submerge one Madeleine at a time. Follow the package instructions for heating.
3. Dip a Madeleine into the melted chocolate, then set it on a cooling rack or parchment paper. Spritz with silver, gold or blue edible glitter if desired.
4. Before the chocolate cools, add sprinkles, and two marshmallows at the base of each madeleine,
Repeat for all 10 desserts. Store in an air tight container until ready to serve.
