Palmier Fruit Tarts are easy and impressive for your next party. Store-bought or homemade lemon cream cheese frosting, an easy fruit glaze and Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers will get you started on this delicious treat.
Ingredients:
• 18 Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers
• 1 Peach
• 6 Strawberries
• 18 Blueberries
• 1 Orange
• 1 Tbs Powdered Sugar
• 15 oz Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
• Gold or rose gold edible glitter
• Piping bag with star tip
Step 1: Fruit Glaze: In a small cup add 1 tbs hot water and 2 tbs powdered sugar, mix well, then mix in a spritz of edible glitter. Cut strawberries, peaches and oranges into small slices. You can use small cookie cutters for shapes like hearts of stars if you'd like. Place the fruit on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Brush the glaze on top of the cut fruit let it dry for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Load a piping bag with a star tip with store-bought or homemade lemon cream cheese frosting. Top each Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers with a rosette of icing.
Step 3: Top each frosted Palmier with 3-4 pieces of fruit. Zest fresh lemon over the top. Enjoy!
