6-8 Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines
3/4 cup of strong mocha cold brew coffee
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
8oz whipped cream cheese
4 tbs cocoa powder (plus some for dusting)
Edible rose petals
1. Add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla to a mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. 2 Dip 6-8 Madeleines in cold brew coffee and layer at the bottom of a baking dish. 3. Spread 1/2 of the cream mixture in the bottom of your serving dish, the other half on top of the soaked Madeleines. 5. Top with cocoa powder and rose petals. 6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 2 hours).
