You'll just need a few simple ingredients to create eight treats:
• 24 Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines (3 for each dessert)
• 1 cup Nutella or homemade thick chocolate or white chocolate ganache, 2 tbs per dessert
• 2 cups of assorted fresh berries
• Powdered sugar for dusting
• Colorful ribbon
• Piping bag with wide circle tip
Instructions:
1. Lay the Madeleines bump-side-up. 2. Pipe a about teaspoon sized amount of Nutella or ganache onto the bump of each Madeleine. 3. Carefully take three Madeleines and place them together bump-side in so that the ganache holds the cookies together. 4. Wrap the three cookies carefully with ribbon and tie a secure bow. 5. Repeat to make 7 more desserts. Top off the centers with ganache or nutella if you have extra. 8. Add assorted berries into the center or each dessert. Keep in a cool place until ready to serve then top with powdered sugar and enjoy!
