Hot Honey Brie Dip with Palmiers

Hot Honey Brie Dip with Palmiers was inspired by the "swicy" or sweet and spicy trend! This warm, melty brie dip drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey and topped with toasted nuts is ready for your next party or game day get together. Serve with Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers for a swicy twist on a cheese board classic.

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
• 1 container of Mini Sugar Bowl Bakery Palmiers, for dipping or full size Palmiers for larger portions. Where to buy.

• 8 oz Brie cheese (rind removed, cut into chunks)

• 4 oz Cream cheese (softened)

• 2 Tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey (plus more for drizzling)

• 2 Tbsp toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped and toasted

• Pinch of sea salt

• Optional: 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine brie and cream cheese until smooth.

2. Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

3. Drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey while warm. Swirl lightly into the cheese.

4. Sprinkle with toasted nuts and a pinch of sea salt and rosemary.

5. Serve surrounded by Palmiers. Drizzle with extra hot honey just before serving.

Serving Suggestions

• Pair with sparkling wine, apple cider or hard cider.

• Add fresh apple slices, grapes, or figs alongside the Palmiers.
